Take out their certain qualities and try to adopt them.

GET DISCIPLINED
Having your team and you want them to be disciplined, need to be the one who sets the standard. Always be punctual, meet the deadlines, and begin/end the meetings on time. you are naturally disorganized kind of a person, it’s never too late to correct yourself. To Have good set of ideas, good vision, good team, but discipline is missing, all the things ultimately are ineffective. Be disciplined and execute your plans accordingly.
BE A SOURCE OF INSPIRATION
Be someone to whom the people in your team or you’re surrounding look up to you for motivation.
John Quincy Adams famously said: “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.”
Mentor should positively influence people. When employees or coworkers lose their motivation, you should there to energize them. Take very good care of people’s needs. Somewhere, people lose their motivation because they are facing difficulties, tired of doing the same repetitive tasks, or disappointed they are not being asked to get involved. As a leader, you should talk to the employee, ask him or her what’s going on, and share your personal stories to encourage the employee to get involved. They need special attention to rewards and recognition which is the main tool to motivate team members.
BE A CONSTANT LEARNER
Some people have inbuilt qualities to lead others. While some may learn from the experiences. We learn and grow every day. As today is a person who is following his Role Model he might become a leader himself. Take more responsibilities and learn from experience. Never close your doors to new things. Learn and adapt things.
HANDLE CONFLICTS GRACEFULLY
This is human nature to disagree. First, you have to learn ‘agree to disagree’ to resolve conflicts. Conflict may arise with anyone about anything. A mentor is a one who put himself in other’s shoe and thinks from his point of view. Always be honest, straightforward and a man of his words.
DELEGATE TASKS
“A good leader is one who knows to pick the right men to do what he wants and self-restraint and keep from interfering with them while they make out”, said Roosevelt.
Make your team members feel authorized by delegating tasks to them. Don’t be jealous and never feel insecure. By delegating tasks, you can gain time to focus on goals that are to be accomplished at the end of the project.
LET YOUR ACTIONS SPEAK
Our actions define who we are. A great leader is the one who can bring the best from the worst rather than bringing the best from the best. Do not wait for recognition. Just work passionately in the right direction and let your actions speak for you.
